The reverse retro jerseys for the 2022-23 have been revealed, and the Panthers are paying homage to the late 1990s jerseys with the lettering and numbering, though the eclectic blue primary color is a first. The alternate logo on the shoulders is the sunburst FLA that was a short-lived feature on the jet-blue thirds from 2009.

As expected, the jerseys are bright, bold, and different. There seems to be a mixed reaction from Panthers fans, though it seems the jerseys are well-received from NHL fans as a whole, with some touting the Panthers as their favorite new RR design.
The Panthers will wear the jerseys for 7 select games: 11/19 vs The Flames, 11/23 vs The Bruins, 11/26 vs The Blues, 12/10 vs The Lightning, 12/11 vs The Kraken, 1/1 vs The Rangers, and 1/28 vs The Bruins.

We can’t wait to see how these electric new designs look on the ice.
